Thorofare Capital has funded a $4,350,000 short-term bridge loan for the refinance of Railroad I & II, a portfolio of adjacent industrial buildings totaling 128,275 SF located in Sacramento, California.

The floating rate, interest-only loan carries a total term of two years, if fully extended.

Built between 1978 and 1980, Railroad I & II consists of two concrete tilt-up industrial buildings that were 74.0% occupied at the time of closing.

The sponsor is a San Diego-based private real estate investment firm specializing in value-add and opportunistic transactions throughout the Western U.S., with a focus on retail, office and industrial properties.
