Greg Cotton

Greg Cotton is a Managing Director on the Asset Management team at Thorofare Capital and brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate asset management. At Thorofare, he is responsible for portfolio management and performance. During his tenure at Thorofare, he has overseen over 150 bridge and construction loans representing more than $2.5 billion of assets under management. Prior to Thorofare, Greg spent 3 years as CRE team leader with CIT Bank where he managed over $2 billion of bridge and construction loans. Prior to CIT Bank, he spent a year and a half at Colony Capital focused on troubled debt restructuring. Greg also held management positions at Fremont Investment & Loan and Trimont Real Estate Advisors collectively representing over 12 years of tenure and managing in excess of $5 billion of bridge and construction loans. Over his career, he has been responsible for managing construction and bridge loans totaling over $10 billion. Greg attended California State University, Fullerton, graduating with a degree in Business Administration.
