Thorofare Capital has funded a $24,400,000 intermediate-term whole loan to finance the acquisition of Tara Apartments, Herweck House and Greenwich Village (collectively “the San Antonio Multifamily Portfolio”), three apartment complexes totaling 338 units.

The San Antonio Multifamily Portfolio is well located within San Antonio. Tara is located in the Alamo Heights Neighborhood and the other two properties are located in the airport submarket, south of Interstate 410, which is considered more desirable.

Proceeds from the subject financing will be used to acquire and renovate the properties.

The Sponsor is a boutique investment adviser and private equity fund sponsor that specializes in the acquisition and development of complex, situational and undervalued multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties.
