RiNo Mixed-Use

$30,300,000 Acquisition Financing

Thorofare Capital has funded a $30,300,000 short-term bridge loan for the acquisition of 2900, 3000 & 3060 Brighton Boulevard, a mixed-use project that currently consists of a 157,210-square foot industrial facility located on a total gross site area measuring 341,351 square feet.

Thorofare was able to close the financing transaction within one week from loan application. The property is located in The River North Art (RiNo) District, a vibrant, up and coming community approximately one mile north of Downtown Denver. The urban neighborhood is in the process of being transformed from an industrial corridor into a trendy mixed-use destination.

The financing consists of two cross-collateralized loans secured by the south parcel on 2900 and 3000 Brighton Boulevard, and the north parcel at 3060 Brighton Boulevard.

The sponsor is a boutique real estate development and investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA. The firm currently has two projects, in the Greater Denver area, that have a combined value in excess of $100,000,000.
