Jacob Yi is a Managing Director of Credit for Thorofare Capital focusing on portfolio and asset level risk management. Jacob brings over a decade of real estate investment experience and has been involved in over $2B of loan closings at Thorofare. Prior to joining Thorofare in 2016, he held positions at AssetAvenue where he was responsible for originating and underwriting real estate debt opportunities, and BBCN Bank where he managed a distressed loan and REO portfolio. Jacob received his BA in Economics and MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of California, Irvine. He is a CFA charterholder.
