Renat Yusufov

Renat Yusufov is a Director of Asset Management at Thorofare Capital. Renat has over $2 billion in real estate transaction experience, across asset management, development, and financing. Prior to Thorofare, Renat served as the Director of Asset Management at Cofinance Group USA, overseeing property management, leasing and development across the national portfolio for the Paris-based investment firm. Renat also worked as the Vice President of Development At Wharton Equity Group, at Ackman Ziff Capital with a focus on debt and equity advisory, Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corporation where he focused on their Iconic Asset Portfolio, and with Related Companies where he focused on multifamily / affordable housing acquisition and asset management. Renat has an MBA degree in Investment Management from Columbia University School of Business, and a B.B.A degree in Finance & International Business from the George Washington University.
