Scott Sumida

Scott Sumida is an Associate on the Underwriting & Credit team at Thorofare Capital where he supports the Originations and Credit teams by underwriting and coordinating due diligence for the firm’s transactions. His responsibilities include deal screening, loan sizing, search and selection of sales and rent comparables, preparing credit memoranda, and assisting throughout the closing process. Prior to joining Thorofare Capital, Scott was a Senior Valuation Associate focused on multifamily appraisals in the Portland, Oregon office in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group. He is a Certified General Appraiser and graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
